Upcoming dates for FANTASY BASEL – The Swiss Comic Con:
8 – 10 October 2021 and
26 – 28 May 2022
We and many artists, exhibitors, helpers and partners are working with a lot of heart and effort to prepare a festival that is unique in Europe. We’re not giving up and we’re sure: we’ll see you again soon in Basel!
Of course, it is not yet possible to predict how the situation will develop. However, with the availability of the vaccines, there is increasing hope that major events will be possible again in autumn. We will do everything possible to enable you and the exhibitors, artists, and cosplayers to have this unique festival again as soon as possible. The event should also be as safe as possible. We assume that we will be able to assess the situation more precisely in August and will then inform you again.
In the meantime, we will set up a virtual marketplace on our website under the title „Show and Buy” so that visitors and suppliers can at least meet virtually. Artists and dealers should have an income opportunity right now.
The tickets already purchased for the FANTASY BASEL – The Swiss Comic Con 2020 remain valid. Friday and Saturday tickets remain, Thursday tickets become Sunday tickets (postponements possible, more information will follow). Those who cannot attend in October can return their tickets to Seetickets (formerly Starticket) until February 28, 2021. Of course, we are happy if you keep your tickets and we can see you in Basel in October!
Advance ticket sales will not start again until August.
Please note: we strongly recommend that you only buy tickets from our exclusive partner Seetickets (formerly Starticket) and always follow our current information. It must be expected that only personalised tickets can be sold and that further measures regarding the pandemic will be added.
Be careful when buying tickets:
Information about “secondary dealers” can be found here:
We will come up with something special for those who have already bought tickets in 2020 and have kept them until now. These remain valid. The support and loyalty of our visitors and exhibitors are terrific. These give our team the strength to work even in these difficult times to go „live” again soon.
All exhibitors and artists will receive further information directly by email. Please send us all inquiries only by email; because we can only work on a reduced basis.
We thank you very much for your understanding and your loyalty! Thanks for helping that the FANTASY BASEL – The Swiss Comic Con can take place in October and become a great happening for all of us!
Stay healthy – we look forward to seeing you!
